Salary: $42,000 - $60,000
Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain updated records of orders, clients’ instructions, and contact information.
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate supply chain procedures.
• Answer customs-related questions and work closely with various customs brokers.
• Plan and schedule vehicle pickup & deliveries based on availability and client requests.
• Provide information to clients about the status of their order.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of transportation experience and work experience as a Logistics coordinator / Dispatcher or similar role is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.
• Strong computer literacy skills: proficiency in Excel, Word, and Zoom applications.
