Customer Service Representative Jobs

CFA Industries Inc. is currently seeking an Full time Order Entry Customer Service Representative for our location in Aurora, Ontario this is a rare opportunity. This role requires working Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30 pm. The main responsibilities include order entry, vendor purchasing and customer service support.

For more than 40 years, CFA Industries has been a leading supplier and sales organization of select hydraulic, pneumatic and Industrial products to our multi market distributors, integrator, industrial supply houses and select OEM’s throughout Canada.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and enter sales orders in an accurate and timely manner
• Manage all orders from start to finish, expediting deliveries when necessary

Support the Sales and Customer service Team with Order Status and delivery Times

What you need for success:

• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Multilingual ( English & French) - an asset;
• Confirmation of orders and delivery times of product to customers by phone or e-mail.
• Enter & process customer orders and manage them from start to finish
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel;
• 1-3 years of Order Entry and Customer Service background, within some industry will be an asset;
• Experience with sales and warehousing – an asset.
• Invoice sales orders and ensure accurate billing.
• Entering purchase orders accurately to vendors and interact with vendors for follow up & lead-times.
• Previous Industrial and or mechanical background - an asset;
• Tech savvy and knowledge of technical terminology - an asset;
