Our client
Our client is a major EU institution based in Brussels
Your Responsibilities
  • User guidance and support regarding the use of information systems / ICT tools;
  • Follow-up of bug reports;
  • Follow-up of incidents related to information systems organization of the reporting;
  • Follow-up of user requests;
  • Document knowledge,. known issues and transfer of this knowledge to colleagues;
▪ Categorize and prioritize incoming tickets correctly and escalate where needed.
Your qualifications:
  • Able to use the office automation tools
  • Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks;
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings;
  • Bachelor degree with 2 years experience
  • Good knowledge of ITIL;
  • Proven knowledge in end user assistance and support of information systems;
  • Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
  • Good IT skills;
  • Excellent communication / writing skills;
