Service Desk Technician | Toronto, ON | CAD$40k - CAD$48k


Are you looking to build your experience within a service desk support role?


Do you enjoy integrating and communicating with clients and end users?



This is an exciting opportunity for a junior technician to join a new project with an established MSP that are growing their presence heavily in the North East right now. This position will be a customer facing role working on the front line of a technical support team supporting issues within the Windows server stack as well as VPN issues. This is a 1st line support role where there is hope for this person to become an SME within the technology stack.


Requirements:



  • 3+ months service desk experience
  • Great communication skills and active listening
  • Experience with ticketing systems, ideally ServiceNow
  • Customer facing experience
