Order Desk/ Inventory with QuickBooks Canadian Experience

Permanent Placement, Full time, North York

Our client, a well-established distribution company, located in the North York area, is looking for a full-time Order Desk and Inventory candidate to join their team.

Job duties:

• Processing shipping labels, packing slips, and invoices
• Receiving orders from business customers, via phone, email, and fax
• Handling a large volume of orders and paperwork
• Answering incoming calls
• Processingand entering orders into the computer software using QuickBooks
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate for the Order Desk/ Inventory role will have the following attributes:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to multitask
• Excellent math skills
• 2+ years of customer service or office administration or order desk experience
• Good communication and computer skills
• Able to work independently, day to day problem solving
• Experience working in the manufacturing business
• Proficiency in Canadian QuickBooks is aMUST
