Order Desk/ Inventory with QuickBooks Canadian Experience

Our client, a well-established distribution company, located in the North York area, is looking for a full-time Order Desk and Inventory candidate to join their team.

Job duties:
· Processing and entering orders into the computer software using QuickBooks
· Processing shipping labels, packing slips, and invoices
· Answering incoming calls
· Receiving orders from business customers, via phone, email, and fax
· Handling a large volume of orders and paperwork
· Other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate for the Order Desk/ Inventory role will have the following attributes:
· Proficiency in Canadian QuickBooks is a MUST
· 2+ years of customer service or office administration or order desk experience
· Good communication and computer skills
· Excellent math skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Able to work independently, day to day problem solving
· Must be able to multitask
· Experience working in the manufacturing business
