Job Title: Order Management Specialist / Customer Service Role (12 Month Contract)

  • Maintains daily reporting requirements in systems pertaining to Sales
  • Works with Provincial retailers managing the return of items.
  • Supplies Quality department with documentation as required.
  • Represents Customer Service for the business fielding complaint, return requests and inquiries including inquiries regarding CannMart MD
  • Uses ERP type Systems Daily. Tasks completed between Pipedrive, MRPeasy, Ample Organics
  • Work closely with sales team supporting special requests and communicating expectations with Ops and Supply chain teams.
  • Responsible for data entry of all customer orders within systems.
  • Support Sales team with delivery request information as needed.


Qualifications:


  • 1 Year Office experience
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Experience with ERP and or sales type systems
  • 1 year Customer service experience
