Responsibilities:


  • Audit and test desktop and laptop functions and update company forms.
  • Meet production deadlines daily as assigned by the Supervisor or Scheduler.
  • Configure systems utilizing your deep understanding of current PC technologies.
  • Diagnose software and hardware related issues.
  • Wipe desktops and laptops using secure company software.
Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1-year experience working with refurbished computers.
  • A+ Certification would be an asset.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to lift independently, a minimum of 30 lbs.
  • Ability to complete tasks and follow standard methodologies with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Post-secondary education in Electronics or related Information Technology program.
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible with the ability to shift priorities to meet changing deadlines.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly.
