Position: Bilingual Customer Service
Location: Work from Home 100%
We are looking for Bilingual English/French Customer Service Representatives / Order Entry to work remotely, however, the mandatory training is onsite for 2 weeks and the training hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Once training is completed the working shift is 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Call centre experience preferred - candidates please note that this is a call centre remote job that will require you to log in and out of an auto dialer system.
Tasks:
- Respond to telephone calls and emails from customers by adhering to current standard company operating procedures and company policies
- Resolve problems efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of products
- Process call disposition in operating system and ensure 100% data accuracy
- Document all customer enquires accurately in operating system
- Identify opportunities for further training and advise Customer Service Supervisor of issues pertaining to performance of Order Entry Associates for corrective action
- Provide quality customer service on every call with empathy, professionalism and complete customer satisfaction
- Promote good listening skills
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers and management
- Confer with co-workers to research customer problems and find solutions
- Promote teamwork
