Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Managing in inbound and outbound text, chat, social media queues with the utmost urgency

· Booking Ratios and appointment booking quality assurance

· Auditing text times, chat times, and quality

· Provide educated and informative product and treatment information to patients

· Leading the Contact Centre floor with poise, attention, and urgency

· Training and coaching of all team members

· Supporting with the onboarding of new Customer Care Reps
