Job Description

Our client who is a market leader in their industry, is a global manufacturer and part of the US listed parent corporation. Their Canadian operations are well established and successful.


They are looking for a Customer Service Manager with Industrial experience to join their Hamilton location.


Duties:

· Lead the Service Department and contribute to the improvement of the technical products & processes.

· Manage technical support.

· Work with other departments and leaders of the organization to identify the needs of development and product improvements.

· Manage the group performance, identify problem areas and provide solutions to improve response time & quality of the customer service.


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Technologist degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics, or equivalent experience

· 5+ years of relevant experience

· Excellent communication skills

· Proven leadership skills

· Ability to work flexible hours

· Ability to travel
