Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with tact and diplomacy.
• Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Are you available to work on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule?
2. Are you comfortable with the pay rate of C$21 per hour?
3. Can you commit to working from 9 AM to 5 PM?
4. Is your proficiency in both French and English at an advanced level?

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both French and English (advanced level).
• Strong ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
