We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Brampton, Ontario. If you are fluent in both French and English and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Screening Questions:
- Are you available to work on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule?
- Are you comfortable with the pay rate of C$21 per hour?
- Can you commit to working from 9 AM to 5 PM?
- Is your proficiency in both French and English at an advanced level?
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both French and English (advanced level).
- Strong ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
