Title: CSR – SAP & Oracle

Location: Oakville, ON

Duration: 6 Months with strong possible extension

Description:

· Work Environment: Long term assignment for the right person.

· Hybrid – expect to work from home 3-4 days a week, in office 1-2 days a week in Oakville, Ontario.

· This position operates 7.5 hours daily, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, 1 hour lunch unpaid.

· Will work directly with a Customer Service Representative, Team lead and 2 other team members.

:

· Contributes to total customer satisfaction by preparing spare parts proposals and order entry project documentation within client’s guidelines and in accordance with customer requirements for Dresser Rand Legacy products.

· Provide excellent customer service as the point of contact for the customer throughout the implementation of spare parts order.

· Review and analyze all parts inquiries received from customers and coordinate the review of all relevant technical and commercial information regarding the inquiry as required with the client’s factories.

· Prepare and issue commercial quotation based on engineering recommendations, cost estimate, and Marketing/Sales input according to client’s policies and guidelines including QRP (approval) preparation.

· Review and analyze all spare parts orders to ensure they are in full agreement with the proposal.

· Create accurate recommended spare parts lists for equipment as part of the outage planning effort.

· Ensure purchase orders are confirmed in a timely manner and/or have been assigned to the correct SECL representative or business unit.

· Review order required delivery dates and assure that our vendors/factories are working to achieve these dates. Communicate results to the team/factories and/or customers.

Related Skills

· Candidates must be comfortable utilizing/learning SAP software and highly proficient in Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft products.

· Experience with SAP, Oracle or any coding knowledge is considered a strong asset.

· Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly and efficiently.

· Must demonstrate a positive mindset in order to succeed in a large corporate environment.
