· Experience with SAP, Oracle or any coding knowledge is considered a strong asset.

Title: CSR – SAP & Oracle

Duration: 6 Months with strong possible extension

· Work Environment: Long term assignment for the right person.

· This position operates 7.5 hours daily, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, 1 hour lunch unpaid.

· Will work directly with a Customer Service Representative, Team lead and 2 other team members.

Involves both warehouse and office setting. Prepare shipments for returns to plants and/or from customers.

Working with the warehouse team to manage inventory and stock allocation, data entry

+1 year experience in a similar position, working in a transport company is preferred

Professionalism and Good organizational skills

Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

Contract to Permanent after probation

Help identify specific or alternate solutions based on requirements

2+ years of counter sales or customer service experience required

Electrical experience would be a strong asset

Knowledge of AS400 would be an asset

Monday-Friday work week! (except once a year for Inventory!)
