Job Title: Inventory and Customer Service Clerk

Our client in the transport industry is looking for a customer service and inventory clerk to assist with all requests for movement of products from the internal warehouse, updating the inventory per order, coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling outbound retail orders
• Provide excellent customer support in a timely manner
• Coordinate the Warehouse services
• All related tasks
• Working with the warehouse team to manage inventory and stock allocation, data entry
• Scheduling inbound movement

Qualifications

• Customers & Results oriented
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Demonstrate a high level of patience
• +1 year experience in a similar position, working in a transport company is preferred
• Professionalism and Good organizational skills
• Able to find efficient solution to resolve issues quickly
• Multitasking capabilities
• Bilingual (French & English)
