Job Description
Mandate:


  • Provide a superior customer service experience via phone and email
  • Performs other duties as required
  • Tracking & tracing shipments
  • Ensuring we have the required documentation for shipments and uploading into operating systems
  • Enter and update data into operating systems
  • Escalate any unsolved issues that may arise


Requirements:


  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingualism preferred
  • 1 Year Experience in a data entry and / or customer service role
