Customer Service Representative (Remote - Parental Leave Contract)

What You Bring

• Ability to take initiative, work well under pressure, and deal intuitively with situations
• Excellent team player and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
• Basic knowledge and understanding of real estate (desirable)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Data entry experience (desirable)
• 1-2 years of related work experience in an inbound/outbound contact/call center, business, or office environment (asset)

Responsibilities

• Track sick days to ensure work orders are dispatched to the appropriate Building Operator
• Receive inbound calls and emails from tenants requesting service
• Flexible to work Monday to Friday, 6 am - 5 pm
• Place outbound calls to the appropriate Hiring Company Building Operators for urgent work orders and escalate accordingly
• Create, revise, and dispatch work orders, including outstanding work orders from the Tenant Portal
