Job Responsibilities

• Process balance transfers, cash advances, and credit limit increases
• Answer inquiries and provide guidance on credit card-related matters, including rewards programs, transactions, and fees
• Provide exceptional customer service to Bank customers, promoting the brand and selling relevant cross-sell products
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer experience, sales results, and efficiency
• Solve problems for customers, address complaints, and de-escalate emotional situations using established processes

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changes, and pay attention to detail
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong computer proficiency required
• Willingness to work rotational shifts as needed
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a Contact Centre preferred
• Minimum age of 18 with a High School Diploma/GED
• Team player with patience and empathy in working with customers
