Customer Collaboration Analyst - Remote

As a customer collaboration analyst (CPFR), your primary responsibility would encompass item and category management that spans across the collective Agropur Cooperative Supply Chain. This exciting customer facing position is responsible for maximizing on-shelf availability percentage, service level percent, event management, execution of new and discontinued items, reducing waste/swell, forecast management, reporting and analytics. The analyst will use information obtained from the customer while applying supply chain planning information as input into Agropur’s Cooperative’s forecasting process. The CC analyst is the primary contact with the customers replenishment/procurement departments and is a key internal collaboration partner with Agropur’s sales and supply chain partners.

What’s involved in this role

• Fill Rate Fine Mitigation.
• Reporting, dashboard creation/maintenance, and Metric Tracking.
• Customer Level Forecasting Performance.
• Event management (Promotional, in/out’s, etc).
• Track Event Performance, problem solve, and provide analytical expertise.
• Customer Collaboration Influence.
• Week over week volume management and holiday volume management.
• Maximize On-shelf availability and service level.
• Execution on New and Discontinued items.
• Week over week volume management and holiday volume management.
• Lead weekly/monthly customer meetings to go through key KPIs, discus issues and opportunities.

What you need to join our team

• Ability to provide off-cycle support as required; vacation coverage and Holiday weekend coverage as required.
• Demonstrates problem solving skills and working under tight timelines; multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience with relevant analytical tools such as Power Bi, Retail Link, SAP or Oracle Excel, Outlook, Visio
• Experience in working with large/complex data sets in the creation of customer influence models.
• 3 to 5 years experience in CPFR/business forecasting/Supply Chain Analysis in a CPG environment.
• Well developed interpersonal/communication skills with the strong ability to build relationships to drive results.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to to learn new system and process quickly, and efficiently, to leverage systems and information to influence others.
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations.
