3 to 5 years experience in CPFR/business forecasting/Supply Chain Analysis in a CPG environment.

Well developed interpersonal/communication skills with the strong ability to build relationships to drive results.

Optimizes product management with customer and sales teams (MOQ, low-velocity SKUs, product listing and delisting)

Ensure that best practices for replenishment relationship management are shared between customers.

Establish an individual development plan for each team member to increase functional and managerial skills

Bachelor of Administration with specialization in Operations Management, Sales, Marketing or other training deemed relevant

Product Performance Management and Replenishment

Works closely with sales teams and participates in customer meetings with account managers and the customer's supply chain team

· 5 years of Supply Chain Experience, including Customer Facing

· Coaching and mentoring skills

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical and planning skills
