What’s Involved In This Role

The Customer Collaboration Manager is responsible of the following :

Product Performance Management and Replenishment

• Optimizes product management with customer and sales teams (MOQ, low-velocity SKUs, product listing and delisting)
• Identify solutions to increase the presence of products in store with the customer
• Proposes and implements sustainable solutions for the optimization of the replenishment process, order management, customer relationship (supply chain) while limiting the impacts of stock-outs and increasing operational efficiency

Profitable growth through collaboration

• Actively collaborates with internal multifunctional teams as well as the Supply Chain team at the customer
• Help build customer network optimization and solutions (i.e., network efficiency and capabilities, etc.)
• Implements a robust and sustainable planning cadence with customers
• Increase EBITDA efficiency through the collaborative framework on penalties and returns.
• Optimize total cost of service by providing solutions with the operations team and the customer
• Ensure that best practices for replenishment relationship management are shared between customers.
• Actively participates in defining forecast alignment and replenishment policies according to S&OP process standards
• Optimizes product management
• Prepares and presents performance tables for key KPIs and takes corrective action accordingly
• Participate in Top-To-Top executive meetings with the client
• Ensures the follow-up and implementation of the customer's improvement plans for sales growth
• Monitor customer activities, identify trends and take corrective action to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
• Works closely with sales teams and participates in customer meetings with account managers and the customer's supply chain team

Team Management

• Establish an individual development plan for each team member to increase functional and managerial skills
• Help the team manage load and operational issues on a day-to-day basis
• Managing the Customer Collaboration Team and the VMI Team
• Increase the skills of the customer collaboration analyst within the supply chain and multifunctional services

What You Need To Join Our Team

• Supply chain or sales experience in relevant roles
• Experience implementing VMI processes and liaising with the client's supply chain teams (asset)
• Advanced mastery of the Office Suite, advanced knowledge of Excel
• Bachelor of Administration with specialization in Operations Management, Sales, Marketing or other training deemed relevant
• Strong ability to challenge the status quo
• Skilled communicator for the mobilization of stakeholders from different groups and strong capability to influence
• Bilingualism, French and English, spoken and written (asset)
• Frequent travel to customers.
• Good analytical methodology in problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives in addition to effective priority management in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
