Voice and Collaboration Network Engineer Jobs

2.5+ years of hands-on experience and expert knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks and applications.

•Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

•Manages the purchase, installation, and support of unified communications infrastructure equipment and applications.

1.8+ years of Network Analyst industry experience

3.8+ years of experience with Unified Communication systems i.e. Oracle, Cisco required

4.5+ years of experience with Telephony Vendor systems and processes

Experience using Linux as an advanced user / systems administrator with bash / shell scripting knowledge

Proficient hands on experience and understanding of fundamental networking concepts and protocols including IP subnetting

Advanced knowledge of network monitoring and performance tools for networks, including for cloud network infrastructure

Working knowledge of AWS Command Line Interface (CLI)

Good working knowledge of networking protocols and constructs such as TCP, UDP, IP, VLAN, VRF, BGP, OSPF, STP, MST, PVST

Familiarity with FortiNAC implementation or experience implementing a NAC solution is beneficial

Optimizes product management with customer and sales teams (MOQ, low-velocity SKUs, product listing and delisting)

Ensure that best practices for replenishment relationship management are shared between customers.

Establish an individual development plan for each team member to increase functional and managerial skills

Bachelor of Administration with specialization in Operations Management, Sales, Marketing or other training deemed relevant

Product Performance Management and Replenishment

Works closely with sales teams and participates in customer meetings with account managers and the customer's supply chain team

Knowledge of Software-Defined Network (SDWAN), preferably Silver Peak is a plus.

Hands on experience with VoIP solutions (Cisco, Microsoft, poly com, contact center, voicemail, SIP, etc …)

Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers and catalyst full stack knowledge is a plus.

Experience with Azure or PaaS, IaaS, SaaS is required.

Experience in designing and deploying network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) within an Industrial Network

Experience in PLC, Networking and SCADA design/programming including data extraction and data analysis.

Solid technical skills with various Ethernet protocols including EtherNet/IP, specifically around assessment, design and implementation of complex systems.

Experience in developing and deploying solutions in a virtual environment.

Minimum of 8+ years in Industrial Networking related experience

Recognized Network Certification (CCNA Industrial, CCNA / CCNP / CCIE Routing and Switching/Wireless, VCA, VCP, Cisco INS, GICSP)
