Customer Business Manager-Cosmetics Jobs

We are looking for a Business Customer Manager who is fluent in French for a major beauty brand in Quebec, Canada, This is a 6-month remote contract role.

• Hourly pay rate up to $58.00 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Demand Planning
• Manage forecasting and P&L
• Develops and implements strategic business plans to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks
• Determine assortment levels with customer and cross functional partners
• Collects business POS and market data and analysis to determine new business opportunities
• Negotiate with customers to achieve profitable results
• Pro-actively works with all internal and external contacts to achieve business goals
• Tracks and analyzes results to determine business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French
• Experience delivering a high level Customer Service focus to understand key drivers of business plans and actions
