Responsibilities
What you’ll do here:

• Help identify specific or alternate solutions based on requirements
• Assist with warehousing duties (must be able to lift 50lbs repetitively!)
• Create and follow up on quotes.
• Ship & Receive items
• Entering sales orders and following up to make sure they get completed on time
• Assist customers in person and on the phone/by email

Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the table:

• Detail oriented
• Fluent in written/spoken English
• Desire to learn and develop yourself
• Knowledge of AS400 would be an asset
• MUST be able to lift 50lbs repetitively
• Electrical experience would be a strong asset
• 2+ years of counter sales or customer service experience required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
