Who You Are
We are looking for an exceptional People Services (HR) Coordinator that will be based in Canada and can be fully/partially remote. You are an enterprising, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player committed to accelerating your career by working on a variety of challenging and exciting tasks. You’re someone who is super organized, has a keen eye for details and is customer service oriented. You add value from day one, and you are ready to hone the skills necessary to help lead our industry into the future.
What You Bring
  • 2 years of relevant administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, drive efficient and effective processes, listen, and collaborate
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task while staying organized
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bonus skills and experience
  • Working towards or have completed a degree and/or diploma in Human Resources Management
What Success Looks Like
  • Create internal amendment and verification of employment letters
  • Processing all People Services invoices and expense management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our internal teams across North America
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR programs and services by gaining a deep understanding of employee eligibility documentation, running audits, and ensuring all dates for permit status and expiration are captured, monitored, and reported
  • Maintain employee handbook/policies by gathering input from our extended People Services team
