• Strategic Human Resources (HR) Planning

Understands and utilizes HR systems including Workday and the Employee Portal including Self Service and Case Management

Manage and support of HR & Employee queries relating to the scope of Benefits admin

Data management and policy changes

Any ad hoc support and maintenance with benefit vendors and their technology solution

Performs other related duties and assignments required as assigned by lead, supervisor, or manager.

Ensures that documentation and requests meet the policy and appropriate controls for each process

Prior experience using HR systems(e.g Workday) and case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow;

Accumulate standard employee and HR agent FAQ, improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solutions to solve their issues.

3-5 years’ HR operations experience，experience in a HR shared service supporting multiple countries are preferred;

High Customer Service orientation, and strong problem-solving skills.

Support and assist in other HR-related duties and ad-hoc tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields;

Post-Secondary education in Human Resources with a minimum of 4 year’s work experience.

To be successful you’ll need to have the following skills and abilities:

Support the People Support Manager on Human Resources related items

Responsible to coordinate and support the team and the Mechanic Development Manager with the TIP Academy initiative.

Advanced Excel skills with Intermediate PowerPoint and MS Word skills

Experience with Workday would be an asset

Working towards or have completed a degree and/or diploma in Human Resources Management

Processing all People Services invoices and expense management

2 years of relevant administrative experience in a professional environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task while staying organized

Effective time-management and organizational skills

Own and manage Canada HR inbox to respond to employee payroll, benefits and any other general enquiries and concerns.

Lead benefit and payroll new hire orientations to review and educate benefit options and payroll processes to employees.

Train Managers how to review and approve timesheets within ADP Workforce Now.

Responsible for benefit enrollment and administration and setup of new hires through our benefit portal.

Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing HR policies and procedures in Canada.

Seek out new opportunities and expands and enhances existing opportunities to build and manage the pipeline in specialty area.

Maintains knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company's products and services better.

Develop pursuit plans and manage the pipeline to ensure alignment with account managers.

University or Bachelor's degree preferred.Directly related previous work experience.

Extensive vertical industry knowledge required.

Typically 5-8 years advanced sales experience required.

• Must have experience in behavioral change management on system implementation projects

• Successful track record in areas in behavioral change management, organization design, organization development, or process improvement.
