Roles & Responsibilities
- Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries related to employee life cycle via ticketing system (Service Now) as Level 2 Agent and promote articles available as Self Service – Level 1
- Accumulate standard employee and HR agent FAQ, improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solutions to solve their issues.
- Manage Employees Lifecyle HR Operations service tasks for assgined countries in Americas region, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, internal transfer, benefit operation, global mobility etc, according to HR SSC's working procedure/SOP and given SLA with a high accuracy level
- Support and assist in other HR-related duties and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner;
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- 3-5 years’ HR operations experience,experience in a HR shared service supporting multiple countries are preferred;
- Prior experience using HR systems(e.g Workday) and case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow;
- High Customer Service orientation, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates will be a huge plus.
