Financial Shared Services Specialist Jobs

5+ years of experience working in IT vendor management/procurement, with a minimum of 3 years of IT Project Management experience.

Previous experience with Azure cloud transformations, Azure IoT Hub, Azure data integration, CICD pipelines, and advanced Azure API management (preferred).

Strong IT Service Operations skills: Budget planning, IT infrastructure, service delivery, tech-business alignment, and customer expectation management.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI-ACP certification,

3 years of IT Project Management experience.

Extensive expertise in IT Project and Program Management using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc).

Solid understanding of project management: scope, schedule, budget, risk, communication, change management and stakeholder management

5+ years of administrative experience

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Knowledge of document control, billing, repair and work order processes is beneficial

Verify that Service Request provides clarity to align scope / budget and schedule agreed to in quote

Attend Scheduling and PRE/ MID / POST Job meetings, capture action items, document smart action plans and update commitment dates.

8 years’ experience in program or project management

Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred

Gains an understanding of the desired metrics and develops reporting capabilities across the organization

6 years’ experience managing people and cross-functional teams

Experience in full cycle budget planning to effectively coordinate budget preparation

Strong communication skills to interact with all stakeholders

Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of delivering results

Experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and change management

Strong familiarity with service management tools and best practices

Oversee and manage day-to-day shared service delivery to ensure exceptional service quality

Minimum of 10 years of experience in shared services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Prior experience using HR systems(e.g Workday) and case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow;

Accumulate standard employee and HR agent FAQ, improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solutions to solve their issues.

3-5 years’ HR operations experience，experience in a HR shared service supporting multiple countries are preferred;

High Customer Service orientation, and strong problem-solving skills.

Support and assist in other HR-related duties and ad-hoc tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields;

1 to 3 years of clerical accounting/accounts payable work experience

Processes accounts payable payments in accordance to established processes

Liaises with business unit leaders to obtain approval for payments

Handles scanned documentations with low data recognition and data enters missing data

Determines appropriate accounting codes to the documents according to business unit and expense/cost element type

Handles validation, matching, coding and approval exceptions. Liaises with business unit leaders to obtain approval exceptions
