3C Yacht Services is a small employee owned company, where our motto of ‘Taking pride in workmanship equals taking pride in ownership’ is applied to each job! The work is project based. There is no 8-5 structure to follow, you set your own time, as long as each task is completed and customer satisfaction is 100%. You are your own boss, though of course that also means you have to take responsibility for your own work as well. For those that enjoy the freedom, this is a pretty nice work environment!

Most of the work is mobile, with going out to the boat in the marinas, though sometimes the work is at a boatyard with the boat out of the water. Most of the work is local to the Sidney / North Saanich area just north of Victoria, BC on Vancouver Island.

You will be required to use our proprietary web portal, to post pictures, and write reports of your daily work for the customers to see. Communication is key, and being a good team player will help us all in growing the company into something even more special! For those that are shareholders in the company, your opinion matters!

We are seeking additional ‘3C members’ to help in all aspects of yacht maintenance and repair, from those just starting out (starting wage is $30/hr), to fully experienced and ticketed ($65/hr - Red Seal Heavy Duty with marine experience). Shares in the company are offered to those that prove they have what it takes to be part of the 3C family.
