• Strategic Human Resources (HR) Planning

Prior experience using HR systems(e.g Workday) and case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow;

Accumulate standard employee and HR agent FAQ, improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solutions to solve their issues.

3-5 years’ HR operations experience，experience in a HR shared service supporting multiple countries are preferred;

High Customer Service orientation, and strong problem-solving skills.

Support and assist in other HR-related duties and ad-hoc tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related fields;

Working towards or have completed a degree and/or diploma in Human Resources Management

Processing all People Services invoices and expense management

2 years of relevant administrative experience in a professional environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task while staying organized

Organize and manage logistics for new hire orientation (Flexport Academy), background checks, and work authorization.

At least 1 year experience as an HR/People Ops Associate or Generalist, preferably in a startup or rapid growth company

Working knowledge of Canadian HR policies and procedures

Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize a high volume of concurrent tasks and responsibilities

Attentive listener, demonstrating clear, patient, and empathetic communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail

• Must have experience in behavioral change management on system implementation projects

• Successful track record in areas in behavioral change management, organization design, organization development, or process improvement.

Strong organization and task management skills with keen attention to detail
