- Post-secondary education (Business Administration or HR Management)
- Great interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exercise good judgment
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator
- Tech-Savvy (advanced MS Office skills required)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Experience with unions, labor relations and disability management will be considered as assets.
