Job Description

Multiverse Computing is a well-funded and fast growing deep-tech company founded in 2019. We are one of the few companies working with Quantum Computing and the biggest Quantum Software company in the EU. The headquarters are in Spain with additional offices in Canada, France and Germany.

We provide hyper-efficient software to companies wanting to gain an edge with quantum computing and artificial intelligence. Our product, Singularity, is a software as a service platform that contains quantum and quantum-inspired algorithms developed and patented through proof-of-concept trials we have been performing for industrial and service clients. This position is based in Toronto, Canada

We work in Hybrid work environment requires 3 days a week from the office and up to 2 from home. Please apply if it works for you.

As a Executive Assistant, office management and HR officer you will you will

Office Management/Executive Assistant

● Calendar Management and operational support to CTO

● Business travel arrangements for the CTO.

● Office management duties.

● Operational support to the technical team

● Plan in-house or off-site social activities.


Human Resource Responsibilities

● Support the CPO with Canadian specific HR matters

● Support payroll process and keeping employee records organised.

● Assisting the HR team with the recruitment process.

● Onboarding new hires in the Canadian office


Required Qualifications

● Education: Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent

● 1+ years of experience in Office management, executive assistant or worked on similar HR

functions

● Excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to work independently, and with

other global teams

● Ability to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple

global sites.


Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of Office management and HR experience
