In all that we do, we seek to create competitive advantage by dedicating resources to attracting, developing and retaining talented individuals who are customer-focused, collaborative, innovative and driven.As a core member of the local HR Service Center located in Montreal, you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to employees and HR Community. Reporting to the Supervisor, HR operations Management - Employee Life, you will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. This position is 100% telecommuting.


Your Responsibilities


  • Perform regular validations to maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy.
  • Answer customers general requests related to HR Policies and other guidelines part of the employee Life Cycle, while respecting the service level agreements in place.
  • Provide supportive functions in the movement of international employees, inbound and outbound.
  • Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes, programs and procedures based on experience with customers.
  • Coordinate different HR programs and perform administrative tasks related to the different services.
  • Work closely with the HR Service Center HUB team and HR Business Partners to ensure all Employee Life Cycle changes follow the different deadlines, internal controls and service level agreements.


Your background


  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably in an HR Service Center
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM and/or Workday
  • Degree in Human Resources or in another related field
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Teamwork oriented
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and curiosity to learn
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (mostly Excel)
