The Opportunity
The emphasis of this job is to support Human Resources through administration, onboarding, and event planning. Must have strong interpersonal skills.
The Team
The HR team consists of Payroll, Health and Safety, Training, and Administration. We work together to create a safe and positive workplace for all employees in Rosenort. This position reports to the Human Resources Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to the following:
  • Data-entry
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Administration of benefits, programs, and employee rewards
  • Conducting new employee onboarding
  • Administrative tasks as required
  • Providing customer service to employees
  • Maintenance of personnel information
  • Project coordination
  • Event and meal planning
  • Spreadsheet management
Qualifications
  • Fluent in the English language
  • A professional, positive attitude and approach to work
  • Highly organized
  • A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills an asset
  • Detail-oriented
