Agricultural Business Development – London

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Agricultural Business Development Representative’s mandate is to promote Manulift products and increase its presence through the Agricultural sector. His role will is to cover, in a structured manner, the territory as a whole including farms and agricultural operations, and to directly meet the potential clients.
The Agricultural Business Development Representative is an enthusiastic person who will become the reference in his field, who thrives on results, and who’s an expert in developing new markets.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute direct sales to farms and agricultural operations in rural regions;
• Ensure customers satisfaction and involve other departments when needed;
• Rigorously follow up on each customer;
• Complete and update the CRM database.
• Cold calling and visit new customers in targeted market segments;
• Gain the majority of the market shares on his territory;
• Open new accounts and look after the existing ones;

Experience & Desired Skills

• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills;
• Ability in business development (prospection, cold calls);
• Self-driven and highly motivated;
• Reached and exceed sales objectives (proven track record);
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in the agricultural sector (selling equipment, attachments, or other related products);
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
