Job Description
Our client is a well-established $25M industry leader that offers creative design and commercial printing services to clients including Coors, Coke, Loblaws, Purolator, Walmart, and Gordon Food Services. They have 10x printing capacity against any of the Canadian competitors and have the #1 market share. A recent market analysis highlighted the immense untapped potential with an estimated addressable market of $50M in the GTA which they are looking to capitalize on.


About the role: Territory Sales Representative


  • You will focus predominantly on growing revenue within an existing $1M book of business and will have ownership over a healthy funnel of inbound leads that will be yours to convert
  • This is a highly autonomous sales role with a home office base
  • Reps will be encouraged to be in the territory customer-facing as much as possible however will not have any limitations to being able to sell virtually
  • Work with a diversified customer base including but not limited to CPG, Food Services, Transportation and Logistics
  • Responsible for growing revenue across Mississauga and surrounding areas
  • Key decision makers that you will work with will include marketing leaders and fleet managers who own the budget for marketing and capital expenditure
Compensation Offered


  • Uncapped commission paid out monthly
  • Home office setup provided including cell phone & laptop
  • Base $80K-$85K + $20K-$30K guaranteed commission in your first year

  • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated success in a B2B territory sales role
