Job Description
This position is an individual contributor role responsible for lead generation and sales of a comprehensive product and technology portfolio with an innovative global aesthetic company that provides their employees with one of the best compensation and benefits packages.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Develop new customers and nurture existing accounts through cold-calling and on-site sales calls.
  • Lead generation, sales, sales and more sales throughout the Toronto and surrounding area.
  • Demonstrate and educate service providers on the products indications, efficacy, safety, and benefits to all stakeholders.


Requirements


EDUCATION & TRAINING


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.


Work Experience


  • 2+ years of aesthetic sales experience would be ideal, but sales professionals with B2B or high quota sales that require a high degree of social skills and persistence will also be considered.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and success.


Skills & Competencies


  • Open to improving sales effectiveness and industry knowledge by learning through frequent constructive feedback.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Starter and takes direction well.
  • Knows how to cold call and doesn’t give up easily.
