Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of scientific software market conditions.

Responsibilities

·Conduct research and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitors

·Proactively identifying and prospecting potential clients

·Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

·Creating and presenting compelling business proposals to potential clients or partners

·Managing the sales process, including negotiating contract terms, pricing, and agreements

·Working to convert leads into successful deals

·Participation in industry events to identify new business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

·Knowledge of sales principles and best practices in customer service

·Proven ability to generate new business opportunities

·Proficiency in using CRM software

·Excellent command of English, fluency in other languages is a plus

·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

·Excellent organizational and time management skills

·Ability to travel within Canada, USA, Europe, and Asia.
