• Copywriting and Content Creation: Exhibit excellent writing skills to create compelling and articulate copy that showcases our projects, capabilities, and company culture across various marketing channels, including website content, social media, brochures, and proposals.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with partners, associates, and staff to develop innovative marketing strategies that effectively promote our services and elevate our brand presence within the A/E/D industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the A/E/D industry, staying informed about the latest trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Bluebeam Revu Expertise: Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu is considered an asset, enabling you to leverage this software for improved efficiency in document management and project collaboration.
• Desktop Publishing and Creative Design: Utilize your mastery of desktop publishing software, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, to create visually engaging marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
• Client Acquisition: Implement targeted and result-oriented client acquisition strategies, including lead generation, nurturing prospects, and converting leads into new business opportunities.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster a collaborative and hands-on team culture, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and success in marketing and business development efforts.

Qualifications
