Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the A/E/D industry, staying informed about the latest trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and business development within the A/E/D industry.

Strong leadership and social skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners, associates, and staff to drive marketing initiatives.

Exceptional writing skills, capable of crafting engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials.

Proven experience in business development, project management, or a related field, preferably within a First Nation community or Indigenous organization.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

A bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, economics, or a related field. Relevant certifications or post-graduate studies are advantageous.

Knowledge of the Economic Development Department and Cultural services of the Curve Lake First Nation

Comprehensive computer software knowledge including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database and electronic mail software

Strong knowledge of business principles, market dynamics, and economic development strategies.

+10 years of experience in business development and marketing in healthcare or food industry

Expanding CREM Co’s business potential

Create a database for funding opportunities.

Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization;

Research and build relationships with new clients;

Familiarity with Food safety and healthcare industry, environmental health and biotech.
