Job Description

Company Description

We are a Construction Specialties company dealing in Insulation and Painting Contracts. We are searching for a self-motivated independent contractor to join our company.


Role Description

  • Gathering information needed to procure the contracts.
  • Overseeing the contracts, from inception to completion.
  • Finalizing tasks by predetermined deadlines.
  • Communicating contract-related issues with the client as soon as they arise.
  • Ensuring that the contracts are completed according to stipulated requirements betweenthe contractors and the company
  • Liaising with the building contractors, Architects, engineersin general & occasionalmeetings with government building control departments.


Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Proven experience in a similar position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
