Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for operational coordination for a group of National Accounts and for the retention, satisfaction, strategic growth & profitability of the assigned customer group. You will act as a liaison between clients, GardaWorld team members and internal operations and will be the primary point of contact for client service, employee performance and incident escalation. What You Bring To The Role


  • Ability to thrive in a team environment; possessing strong facilitation skills to promote and ensure organizational alignment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exhibit a strong sales orientation.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of the Canadian security industry.
  • CPP and/or CPTED designation or equivalent evidence of security expertise is an asset.

What You Will Be Doing


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts
  • Preservation and growth of account revenue- monitor profitability and make strategic adjustments as necessary based on the overall portfolio
  • Single point of contact for selected National client accounts. Act as Quarterback to manage any issue escalation and required Corrective Action between client and individual regions and monitor effectiveness.
  • Drive proactive initiatives and monitor success of implementation of said initiatives (can include process enhancements, value adds, cost savings to client/increased profitability, etc)
  • Responsible for oversight, coordination and ensuring execution of all contract terms nationally for designated accounts. This includes required training, oversight and maintenance of required records and KPI/MBR/QBR reporting
  • Ensure consistent service delivery nationally, streamline and create consistency for processes, policies, reporting, etc.
