Job Description
The role: Major Key Account Executive


Location: Greater Toronto area


Hybrid (1 day per week in office, 4 days on the road)


Our client is a family owned, wholly Canadian transportation courier that has been successfully in business for over 45 years. They are looking for an organized and personable sales professional to join the team. As the Major Key Accounts Executive, you'll be responsible for strengthening the relationship with the top 100 accounts across the GTA, Kitchener, Vaughn, and Markham.


Requirements


  • Patient and dedicated with strong relationship building skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B outside sales, ideally in the logistics industry
  • Self starter with strong organization skills; able to create an autonomous action plan weekly
  • Proven experience managing a sales territory


Compensation/benefits


  • RRSP program available
  • $750/month vehicle allowance
  • Additional variable commissions of $20k, with uncapped potential
  • Base salary range of $65k-$75k with a range above available to those with 3-5 years experience in the logistics industry
  • Vacation allowance starting at 3 weeks
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage available with internal plan
