Job Summary:
Refinity Homes, a fast-growing Proptech startup, is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. We are redefining property management through the confluence of technology, hospitality, and consumer real estate. As a Business Development Associate/Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for acquiring new properties and fostering relationships with property owners. We are looking for a go-getter with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate, to drive our vision forward.
Think you have what it takes? Here is what you will need to deliver:
• Initiate the first line of communication with potential property owners through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new acquisition opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed metrics-based performance indicators.
• Facilitate the execution of non-disclosure agreements for new acquisition opportunities and schedule follow-up meetings with the acquisition team.
• Serve as the liaison between potential clients and our cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a high level of motivation.
• Hardworking, goal-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Persuasive and articulate, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
• 2+ years of outbound/cold calling experience.
• Prior experience in Sales or CRM is preferred.
• Outbound/Cold Calling: 2 years (Required)
• Sales or CRM: 1 year (Preferred)
Benefits:
• Competitive commission and performance bonus. Please note this is a comission only job based on number of deals closed, the average commission compensation ranges from $1,500 to $8,500/month
