With a diverse team of GIS experts, architects, and developers, we deliver innovative solutions to various clients, including corporations and government entities across Canada and the United States. Our expertise lies in integrating cutting-edge technologies such as digital twins, drones, and Artificial Intelligence into our database and mapping practices. Over the past decade, we have been dedicated to monitoring, managing, and modeling threatened species and habitats in response to evolving land use and climate patterns. The Role

The successful candidate will spearhead all marketing efforts for our exceptional products while providing ongoing support to the President. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to enhance brand visibility and generate valuable leads.Further, you will also be expected to cold call, build decision-making contacts and explore new markets where CRM’s technology can be utilized.This role will involve building basic financial projections, marketing presentations, and a myriad of additional activities to support the mission and vision of CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate brand awareness for new products, employing traditional and digital marketing strategies with a focus on social media channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry news to identify emerging market segments; attend industry events where applicable.
  • Collaborate with our team to create compelling content.
  • Update and optimize LinkedIn to promote the company's services and technologies.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing initiatives to the President.
  • Design captivating marketing materials and pitch deck presentations.
  • Work closely with the President to identify and support business development efforts.


Qualifications

  • Creative and curious, you’re not afraid of learning new tools or responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and/or management. (Master of Business Administration is preferred).
  • Strong content writing, editing, and PowerPoint or Google Slides skills.
  • A self-starter who can be motivated to perform with little supervision or direction.
  • Demonstrated experience with online marketing strategies, and social media platforms. (Customer Relationship Management software tools are an asset).
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit with a sense of urgency.
  • 5 years of product marketing experience in a technology environment. (Experience in the GIS sector is preferred).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, keyword research, SEO best practices.
  • Success in supporting sales through marketing channels such as LinkedIn.
