Job Title: Human Resources Consultant

Location: Laval Quebec, Canada

Duration: Fulltime

Job description:

• It is responsible of the hourly hiring process and the orientation of new employees.
• This position is primarily responsible of providing support to the employees and supervisors in all Human Resources aspects of the department.
• It maintains the human resources personnel system and the benefits programs.
• It provides other support that the plant may need in relation to H.R.

Minimum 1-3 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Must be able to translate
• Speaks fluently both French and English
• High level of knowledge in the use of Word and Excel
• Demonstrates superior communication skills – written and oral
• High capacity of learning new software

Knowledge

• Must possess social benefits knowledge or experience
• Must possess excellent grammar skills
• Must be comfortable with all MS Office applications

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent
