Job Purpose :
Drive new client sales in the Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Energy, Industrial and Plant Engineering business unit. Focused on selling: Engineering Services and Digital Solutions (IoT & Analytics)
What we are expecting:
·Established contacts and relationships at the CEO/COO, VP and Director levels
·Clearly demonstrated experience in revenue growth
·Strong negotiations background
·Driven complex technical business proposals
·Develop a pipeline of customers and build relationships
·Leverage sales force and drive lead generation
·Drive for Revenue growth and profitability
·Drive business proposals (technical & commercial)
·Negotiate contracts, MSA and commercial pricing
·Collaborative leadership with delivery, sales, pre-sales and marketing organizations
·Drives followership and leads by example
Requirements
·Bachelor’s or Masters degree in engineering.
·5+ years in metrics driven services and solutions selling and knowledgeable on the Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Energy, Industrial and Plant Engineering industry.
·Strong networking, verbal and written communication skills.
·Excellent professional presentation skills.
·Ability to successfully work on a multinational and multicultural basis.
·Travel international and domestic @> 20%.
·Remote position- home office.
