What You'll Be Doing:

Affiliate Network Management:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to support affiliate initiatives.
• Monitor affiliate performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide recommendations for optimizing affiliate marketing activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance the affiliate program's competitiveness.
• Foster strong relationships with the platform's users, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Payout Services Optimization:

• Oversee the payout process, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of earnings to affiliates.
• Implement fraud prevention measures and monitor transactional activities to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Continuously evaluate payout services and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to establish efficient payout systems and resolve any payment-related issues.

Operations Management:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of operations professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, finance, and technology, to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to be successful:

Must Haves:

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, payout models, and industry best practices.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Proven experience (3 years) in managing operations within the affiliate marketing industry or similar field.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Proficient in using affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and payout systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
