Field Operations Lead C

Macdonald Campus Farm/MSEG

Position Summary

The candidate should be a second year member of the MSEG team. Responsible for all workings of the ecological gardens, including planning of the season, ordering all necessary equipment and supplies, organizing the seeding of plants in the greenhouse and in the fields, daily farm tasks, selecting interns, answering emails, coordinating social media platforms, coordinating markets and CSA basket pick-ups. Responsible for the transmission of knowledge to the three interns in a manner sufficient to prepare the interns to run the operation the following year.
