We are excited to announce that we are hiring an Operations Supervisor based in Saint John, N.B.
Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and concise updates as required
• Direct Supervision of Train Crews
• Follow all regulatory and Company policies while performing job functions
• Other duties as assigned
• Daily update to Operations Supervisor at end of shift
• Work with crews to ensure the effective execution of daily plans
• Provide coaching, guidance and corrective action to Train Crews as required
• Monitor crew safety performance
• Participate in Leadership Development Programs and courses

Education Requirements/Knowledge & Skills

• Valid CROR “A” Card is preferred
• Ability to make decisions as required
• Self starter with sense of urgency
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have a proven safety record
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be flexible for shift work (days, evenings, weekends).
• Possess a high commitment to customer service and safe working practices
• Excellent communication skills
